The Mullings Group is a talent-access firm for medtech, healthtech, and life sciences — the industry’s #1 search firm, responsible for more than 9,000 successful searches across 900+ companies in the US, Canada, and UK, pairing recruiting with advisory and media.

The challenge

A high-touch search is hard to see from the outside. Candidates needed real context on roles and companies; clients needed clarity on where a search stood; and the firm needed to market itself and its clients throughout the process.

Our approach

Turn every step of the process into a designed, shareable experience — one that works equally well for a quick status check and a boardroom presentation.

What we did

We designed a full suite of process and customer-experience tools:

  • Position Briefs — help candidates understand the role and company, and help clients market themselves to the market
  • Team Briefs — introduce clients to the team that will build out their org
  • AE Briefs — surface the personal and professional background of company contacts
  • Event Briefs — promote a client’s presence at key industry events, with video and media that demonstrate subject-matter expertise
  • TMG App — a candidate portal for roles under consideration, company and role detail, and industry insight
  • Client Dashboard — a live view of open roles, candidates in process, search stage, and the firm’s team on the project, built for both quick updates and decision-maker presentations

The results

A connected experience layer that makes TMG’s process transparent to candidates and clients alike — and markets the firm and its clients at every step.
