Great Flight is a family-owned, FAA-authorized private charter air carrier based in West Palm Beach, Florida — the carrier itself, not a broker, flying clients on a fleet that ranges from the Cessna Conquest II to the Citation M2 jet. With a perfect safety record, a pilot-owner who still flies missions, and a roster that includes celebrities, athletes, and executives, it competes on trust, privacy, and white-glove service.

The challenge

Private charter is a high-trust, high-consideration purchase, and Great Flight was up against brokers and far bigger names. The site had to convey safety and luxury at a glance, make requesting a flight effortless, and earn organic visibility against competitors with deeper pockets.

Our approach

Build a site that feels as premium as the service and stays out of the customer’s way. Pair a clean, modern design with a faster booking path, then back it with copy engineered to both convert and rank — so the right travelers find Great Flight and reach out without friction.

What we did

Designed a modern, sleek, easy-to-use website and streamlined the path to booking a flight. Wrote sales copy that sells the carrier’s real edge — direct-carrier pricing with no broker markup, family-run service, a perfect safety record, and concierge touches. Built SEO copywriting across the aircraft and service pages, targeting the way prospective clients actually search.

The results

While the site was live, Great Flight ranked on Google’s first page for many of its individual aircraft pages — for searches like “private flight [aircraft]” — and for select service pages, including empty-leg private charter in its home market.
