Assured Storm Protection installs hurricane impact windows and shutters across South Florida. Florida’s My Safe Florida Home (MSFH) program offers homeowners grants to harden their homes against storms — creating a steady stream of high-intent buyers researching eligibility, applications, and approved contractors.

The challenge

Those homeowners were searching for grant information, eligibility rules, and approved installers — but the content meeting them in search wasn’t Assured’s. The opportunity was to own the entire research journey before a competitor did.

Our approach

Be the most useful resource at every stage of the grant journey — whether someone is checking if they qualify, learning how to apply, or choosing an installer — and convert that attention into leads.

What we did

We built 10+ informational pages covering the MSFH program and its parts — a full approved-contractor list, deep FAQs, income and eligibility guidance, and how-to-apply walkthroughs — plus a quiz that determines eligibility, assigns applicants to their group based on age and income, and guides them through applying. Live examples include:

  • My Safe Florida Home Grant Program: How To Apply
  • My Safe Florida Home Eligibility Requirements — Can I Apply & When To Apply
  • My Safe Florida Home Approved Contractor List & How To Choose
  • 2025 My Safe Florida Home Income Requirements

The results

Over $2,000,000 in non-paid (organic) revenue generated. In the program’s launch year, Assured ranked above the government’s own My Safe Florida Home website — capturing applicants and awardees at every stage of the process.
